The products available on the Website, as well as any sample we may provide to you, are for your personal use only. Selling or reselling of any of the products or samples you purchase from the Website or receive from us is prohibited.

8. Terms of Change of Products & Procedure for exercising a right of withdrawal
You have the right to return the products you purchased free of charge and without having to tell us why you wish to return the products within 7 working days from the date you receive the products. In this case you are only charged the direct cost of returning the products.
Refunds are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. their packaging has not been unsealed or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice. In case you want to return the products you purchased to us, please contact us first by e-mail at [email protected]. In case of return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way in which they will be returned, the refund of your money will be completed within 5 working days from the date we receive the products.

In order to make transactions through the e-shop the user will be asked to fill in his personal information (name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.), which will be recorded in a file kept and processed by the Company, in order to execute orders and transactions carried out through the e-shop.
The codes used to identify you are two: the Entry Code (email or username) and the Personal Secret Security Code (password), which each time you enter them provide you with access to your personal information with complete security.
