RETURN POLICY

➤ Returns shall only be accepted under the above specific conditions:

➸ Returns shall only be accepted within 14 working days of the products delivery date.

➸ Returns / replacements are accepted in the same way the purchase was made (in a shop, by courier).
➸ You need to return the products unused, in the same condition in which you received them, unopened and in their original packaging, including all the necessary papers (retail receipt/invoice, consignment note, a note that describes the reason of the return).
➸ 'La Vie en Rose' covers the cost of the return in case you received a faulty, wrong or damaged merchandise.
In case of any other reason the cost of returning the product shall be for the account of the purchaser.

➤ Return Instructions

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase and you wish to return one or more items of your order, you simply have to:
➸ Pack the products you wish to return.
➸ Include in your parcel all the relevant papers (retail receipt/invoice, consignment note, a personal note that describes the reason of the return). 
➸ Call our Client Service at +30 216 900 1313 for specific return instructions.
➸ Ship the parcel to the following address:

➤ Refunds

➸ For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment with one exception: if you paid on delivery you will be refunded on your bank account.
➸ Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be completed approximately within 15 business days.
➸ La Vie en Rose reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online.
